Darren recently quoted an extremely good price and provided a great service when he undertook the cleaning of our fairly large patio area after the heavy winter weather - an excellent result was achieved. This was followed by the cleaning of our exterior upvc window frames, which admittedly were in need of attention. This was no small undertaking with the number of pvc window frames and doors to be cleaned, however the final result was a sparkling white finish throughout, which has been complimented on several times. We would have no hesitation in recommending Darren's services and the friendly manner in which he undertook the tasks in hand.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the work you carried out cleaning my conservatory and upstairs windows, in time for Christmas. As someone who has trained companies on customer service, it was a refreshing change to find a company that actually ticks the right boxes for customer service. Our initial conversation ended with you saying you would look at the work to be carried out the next day. This you did! You rang back that evening with 2-3 options and prices, allowing us to decide which we felt best suited our needs and arranged a date to clean, which was six weeks later. Three days before you were due, you rang to make sure it was still convenient and the evening before you contacted us again to make sure access was available and gave a time your colleague would arrive. Lee was a great guy who got on with his work, chatted when necessary but continued working, through the poor weather. The finish looks great, just like next-doors brand new conservatory!! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your company and will use my conservatory as a way to start conversations to facilitate a recommendation. Many thanks for your work and service.

I contacted Darren to arrange for my orangery and carport to be cleaned inside and out. Both are now about 8 years old and because they are surrounded by large trees, were starting to look grubby and generally worse for wear. Darren provided a detailed estimate of costs to carry out the cleaning work which was so reasonable, I asked for other work (fascias etc) to be undertaken as well. A date was set for the work to be done and I was contacted the day before to confirm that it was to go ahead. The work carried out, was a thorough and fantastic job. The orangery and carport have been transformed and look like new again. I would have no hesitation in recommending PVC & Patio Clean and will definitely be using them again!

Darren, when you say "grey & grimey" our 20yr old white PVC was looking just like that, and the thought process was that we would potentially need to be thinking of replacing them in time. This is now not the case. You came to our house, quoted a price and on accepting, booked the date. At all times you were efficient and hard working and my double glazing is now shiny and new making the neighbours look "grey & grimey". The results were so good, you returned to clean our patio and decking - which are now also looking like new. We have no hesitation in recommending your services to friends and family in the future and will continue to use your services as the weather attacks our house!
